The Operations Technician I require basic technical skills and capabilities. As the Data Center Manager (DCM), the employee will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of datacenter operations to include, 24x7 staffing, facility infrastructure testing and preventive maintenance, service delivery, quality assurance, adherence to corporate standards and processes, internal and external audits, oversight of all hardware assets within the datacenter (internal and customer assets), and continuous improvement to operations within the datacenter.  Requires ability to manage multiple projects at once including coordinating work efforts of internal and external resources as needed.  The DCM can provide these functions with minimal direct supervision.
