- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of progressive functional experience.
- Ability to clearly communicate accounting matters deliver effective presentations to management and cross-functional partners.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial statement support.
- Professional experience and knowledge sufficient to perform job responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based applications.
Preferred Experience
- Progressive career advancement with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and/or developing accounting or finance teams.
- Hands-on experience using Workday Financials and related accounting modules.
- Experience with fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliations.
- Experience in software or SaaS accounting, including industry-specific accounting practices.
