Overview

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the data center leadership team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily office activities, managing documentation and scheduling, supporting compliance and reporting processes, and ensuring efficient communication across on-site and remote teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly secure environment where precision and confidentiality are key.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Maintain schedules, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Assist with compliance report distribution to clients
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Budget planning and spend tracking
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of customer-facing interactions
  • 5+ years of experience operating in a project-based environment
  • 5+ years of experience in report generation and distribution

It’s important to note the pay range may be narrower than displayed, as various factors are used to determine the offered compensation package including skill set, level of experience, geographic locations, and other relevant factors- i.e. budgetary requirements.
Pay Range $21.01- $31.66
