The Sr. Procurement Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the Telecommunications spend category by working closely with Procurement leaders to manage key processes such as ensuring timely order fulfillment, handling circuit terminations, and managing any related issues. This role ensures cost management goals are met while adhering to project deadlines and involves building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. Additionally, the Sr. Procurement Analyst will work to obtain credits for service outages, manage inventory, and actively contribute to improving procurement processes. The role emphasizes the importance of being a constant learner, asking insightful questions, and demonstrating a willingness to grow. The analyst should possess the aptitude to connect the dots within processes and effectively pick up new tasks, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Focused on delivering high-quality customer service, the analyst will resolve issues efficiently and support process efficiency initiatives. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential.
