Overview

With a vast network of data centers, cloud pods, and IT experts, we are always seeking positive people to help propel our business forward... TierPoint is seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience providing customer service in general receptionist/administrative duties. In this role you will have the opportunity to act as a point of contact for clients and assist with coordinating meetings both internally within different departments and with external clients. As well as monitoring security cameras. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, independently with minimal direction while escalating urgent issues appropriately to senior staff. An understanding of your role as it relates to the functioning of day-to-day operations will also be critical.

Responsibilities

  • Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
  • Assist with assigned projects to support Sales, Marketing, Operations, Security and Compliance.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; coordinates meetings between different departments internally as well as external meetings via web conference, conference call or in person.
  • Scheduling and calendar management for several employees.
  • Produce reports, minutes and presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications

It’s important to note the pay range may be narrower than displayed, as various factors are used to determine the offered compensation package including skill set, level of experience, geographic locations, and other relevant factors- i.e. budgetary requirements.


Pay Range $17.72 - $26.58
